The lay members of the Beatitudes community commit themselves to the call of the 2nd Vatican Council, which stated that the Lay apostolate be broadened and intensified in seeking holiness in today’s modern world.

Grounded in a deep prayer life, they participate fully in the New-Evangelization, not only by the witness of their life, but also with their words. The members being actively engaged in the professional, social, cultural and political world act as leaven for the sanctification of our society. Foremost is the concern to defend the dignity of human life, from conception to natural death.
